Every cabana and pavilion follows the same path: consultation, design, and build.
Consultation
A licensed landscape architect visits your property to talk through how you want to use the structure and the look you have in mind.
Design
We turn that conversation into a 3D design of your pavilion or cabana, with permit-ready construction documents you own.
Build
Builds run from two to three weeks up to several months, depending on scope. Pool houses and clubhouses run much like building a house. You pay as each phase is finished.

Permits
Permits for your pavilion, handled for you
A detached structure often needs its own permit, and the rules change from one county to the next. Forsyth County issues a Residential Accessory Structure Permit for detached structures, and Flowery Branch sets a 5-foot setback for accessory buildings from side and rear property lines.
As a licensed general contractor, we confirm the rules for your address and handle the permit as part of your project.
