Schedule Your Design ConsultationWhat we do
Picture your guests gathered at the counter while you work the grill, with plates and tools right where you cook. We've built outdoor kitchens since 2000 and finished more than 1,000 of them, each one designed around the way you cook and host.
As your outdoor kitchen contractor, we handle the design, the island, and every appliance under one general contractor's license and one point of contact.

What we build
Every kitchen starts with the appliances you love to cook on, and we build the island around them.
AOG (American Outdoor Grill), Fire Magic, and Viking grills, built right into a custom island sized to fit your grill.
Set your Big Green Egg and Blackstone into the island beside the grill, so you can cook on all of them for one meal.
A compact island built around your grill, finished in Belgard or Techo-Bloc block in the color you choose.
Room for prep and serving built into the island, so everything you need stays close to the grill.
Why Sugar Hill Outdoors
Clint Tucker has led Sugar Hill Outdoors since 1997, and every kitchen we build starts with licensed design and ends with one accountable team.
Since 2000, our crews have finished more than 1,000 kitchens, so your layout and appliance plan draw on decades of practice.
One of our two licensed landscape architects, a title Georgia protects by law, designs your kitchen and follows it through the build.
We were Atlanta's first Belgard Master Craftsman, one of few in Georgia, earned with a documented record of finished work. Certified Techo-Pros build your island.
As an outdoor kitchen contractor with a residential and light commercial general contractor's license, we handle every phase under one contract.
Every outdoor kitchen installation follows the same three steps, whatever the size of your project.
A licensed landscape architect spends one to two hours at your home, talking through how you cook and host and where the kitchen should go.
About a week later, you see your kitchen in 3D, with your appliances and island set in permit-ready construction documents you own.
Construction runs from about one week to several months, depending on scope. You pay as each phase is finished.
Kitchen cost
Your price depends on the appliances you choose, the size of your island, and its finish. Here's where our kitchen projects land.

North Georgia seasons
Hot summers and mild winters give North Georgia a long outdoor season, so your kitchen gets used most of the year. We grade and prepare the base under every island for our red clay and rolling lots, so it holds up against settling and cracking.

Here's what most people want to know before their kitchen goes in.
Schedule a design consultation with our outdoor kitchen contractor team. A licensed landscape architect will talk through your grill and island, then show you the whole kitchen in 3D. We'll keep refining the design until it's exactly what you pictured.
